• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by megasloto prior to processing a Player's first withdrawal, involving submission of government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership.
• "Platform" means the megasloto website at megasloto.cam, including all subpages, features, services, games, and content accessible through that domain.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Player using any accepted payment method (e.g., Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Maybank2u, FPX) that are available for wagering and withdrawal subject to these Terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" means the total cumulative bet amount a Player must complete before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

To register and maintain an active account on megasloto, a User must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) megasloto Account. Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses, circumventing restrictions, or for any other reason is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Megasloto employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended and bonus funds confiscated.

3.5 Self-Excluded Players

Any individual who has voluntarily requested self-exclusion from megasloto is not eligible to hold an active account during the self-exclusion period. Attempting to register a new account while under self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms.

To create a megasloto Account, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian IC number (MyKad) or passport number, residential address, and valid contact details.

4.1 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided at registration and updated thereafter is truthful and accurate. Megasloto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

4.2 KYC Documents Required

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, and at any time megasloto reasonably requests, you must submit KYC verification documents, which may include:

• A clear copy of your Malaysian MyKad (front and back) or valid international passport
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 3 months)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow account, or bank account in your name)
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, as requested

KYC verification is typically completed within 30 minutes to 24 hours during business hours. Megasloto will not process withdrawal requests until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Megasloto will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access due to a Player's failure to safeguard their credentials. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to our support team immediately.

By accessing and using the megasloto Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in compliance with these Terms. The Platform may be accessed via desktop browsers, mobile browsers, or any official megasloto application.

5.1 Personal Use Only

Your megasloto Account is for personal use only. You must not use the Platform on behalf of any third party, business entity, or for any commercial purpose. Automated access, bot usage, or scripted interaction with the Platform is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system fault that results in an incorrect odds display, erroneous payout, or game result inconsistency, megasloto reserves the right to void affected bets and withhold or reverse any winnings derived from such errors. Megasloto will not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, connectivity issues, or third-party service interruptions.

5.3 Platform Availability

Megasloto targets 99.9% platform uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, software updates, and unexpected technical issues may cause temporary service unavailability. Megasloto will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

Megasloto accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, USDT TRC20, BTC, and ETH. This list may be updated from time to time.

All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Megasloto does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits are typically credited instantly for e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow, and within 5–15 minutes for FPX and bank transfers.

Megasloto does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which megasloto bears no responsibility.

Megasloto operates Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance procedures. Unusual deposit patterns, large cash-equivalent transfers, or deposits inconsistent with Player profile may trigger a compliance review and temporary account hold pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account must be fully KYC-verified before the first withdrawal is processed
• The Player must have met all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus funds
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the Player's available real-money balance
• The withdrawal must be processed to a payment method in the Player's own registered name
• The Player's account must be in good standing with no active security review or compliance hold

Megasloto targets the following processing timeframes: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5–30 minutes; DuitNow within 5–30 minutes for verified accounts; bank transfers within 30 minutes to 2 hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals within 15–45 minutes subject to network conditions.

Megasloto reserves the right to request additional documentation or impose a temporary hold on withdrawal processing where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, account compromise, or AML concern. Players will be notified of any such hold within a reasonable timeframe.

All bonuses, promotional offers, free bets, cashback rewards, and VIP tier benefits are offered at the sole discretion of megasloto and are subject to individual Promotion Terms in addition to these general Terms.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) which must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) is stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount received unless stated otherwise.

8.2 Game Contribution

Different game types contribute at different rates toward clearing wagering requirements. As a general guide: slots contribute 100%, live casino table games contribute 10–20%, and sports bets may contribute at a separate rate as stated in the specific promotion terms. Certain games may be excluded entirely from wagering contribution.

8.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Activity

While bonus funds are active in your account, the maximum permitted bet per spin or round is typically capped at MYR 250–500 as specified in the relevant Promotion Terms. Bets exceeding this cap while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided without prior notice.

8.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the time of credit) within which the wagering requirement must be completed. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain at the time of expiry will be removed from the Player's account automatically.

8.5 Maximum Cash-Out from Bonus

Certain promotions impose a maximum cash-out limit on winnings derived from bonus funds. Where such a limit applies, it is stated clearly in the individual Promotion Terms. Winnings above the stated maximum cash-out cap will be removed at the time of withdrawal processing.

8.6 Bonus Abuse

Megasloto actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple welcome bonuses via duplicate accounts, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, and collusion between accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, megasloto reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate related winnings, and permanently close the accounts involved.

All bets placed on megasloto's sportsbook are subject to the following general rules, in addition to sport-specific and market-specific rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform.

• Bets may only be placed when sufficient real-money funds or eligible bonus funds are available in the Player's Account
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn unless a specific "cash out" option is available and exercised prior to the event settling
• Megasloto reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds, whether caused by human error, data feed failure, or technical malfunction
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at megasloto's discretion and may be suspended at any time during an event for risk management reasons
• Results are determined based on the official outcome declared by the relevant governing body of the sporting event
• Asian Handicap, Over/Under and other market-specific settlement rules are published in the sportsbook Help section
• Maximum win limits per bet or per event may apply — current limits are displayed in the sportsbook at the time of bet placement

For casino games, the official game rules and RTP (Return to Player) information for each game are provided within the game interface or in the game provider's published documentation. All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the megasloto Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account per individual person
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC
• Using a payment method that is not registered in your own name
• Using any software, algorithm, bot, or automated tool to interact with the Platform
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for profit

• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set duration of continuous play

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or other unauthorised use of megasloto's intellectual property without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Megasloto, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain reasonable credential security
• Any interruption, delay, or failure of the Platform caused by circumstances beyond megasloto's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, force majeure events, or third-party service provider failures
• Any inaccuracy in odds, prices, or game results caused by data feed errors, provided megasloto takes reasonable corrective action upon becoming aware of the error
• Decisions made by Players in reliance on information published on the Platform, including but not limited to sports statistics, odds, or game descriptions

Nothing in these Terms shall limit megasloto's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Megasloto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime
• Violation of the one-account-per-person rule
• Inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more
• At the Player's own written request for account closure

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC and any outstanding compliance review.
